A working first bunker is a closed shell: entrance walled, roof covered, one door you can still use. Daylight, or the pause before you press Start raid, is the only build window. An open roof is a way in. Builders seal the top so Verities cannot climb over, and they leave an exterior opening only where a turret is meant to fire.
Dig, then open the right menu
Press 2 to dig. Digging is also an income action in some runs: players mine coins inside the claim, and one player picked up a turret while digging. Farms and other income items are rejected on the surface and only place underground.
P opens blocks for walls, doors, and filler. 3 opens the build menu for turrets. The block palette shows HP. One tutorial read 20 HP and 50 HP options, and one entry was free. Stronger blocks cost more. One player compared iron with stone and picked stone for a starting budget. Another first wall used a basic red block at about 3 coins each.
Place the shell
- Select a block and drag it into position. Keep adding pieces until the shelter is walled.
- If a high spot will not accept a block, stack blocks underneath and climb them.
- Frame a door, then fill around it so the door sits flush. Two doors let you get in and out while the line stays closed.
- Ladders from the utility and decor stock reach a roof firing position.
- Cover the roof. Leave a front gap only if a turret needs that lane.
- Put the first turret on the approach the Verities actually use, not an empty corner.
You can run out of pieces. One creator stalled after placing three blocks. Another hit a placement limit and guessed it was because they had not rebirthed. That rebirth link is their guess, not a confirmed rule. Buy small batches and spend them on the lane that gets attacked.
Undo a bad placement
Footage shows equipment deleted piece by piece, turrets picked up and moved, wall sections knocked out, and rooms demolished for a rebuild. Placed items can be sold back for coins. The exact delete or sell control, and the refund amount, were not shown. Check what you are holding before you confirm a sale.
Before the next raid
- Exposed entrances are closed.
- Every turret has a clear lane.
- You can move through the interior to a fallback behind the first layer.
- A coin reserve remains for repairs.
- Nothing decorative has been bought yet.
Block names in videos are player descriptions. The menu shows icons and HP. Late accounts have sealed a perimeter with a block they called the Verity block at 50,000 HP each. Treat that HP figure as one session on a rebirth-22 account testing past wave 90, not an early-game option. Compare the palette on Blocks.
